Still & Still Moving

In May I was delighted to be invited to teach a community yoga class at the Od Arts Festival held in the Cokers. The festival took its title from TS Eliots work ‘The Four Quartets’ and I was fascinated to discover the intriguing connection between TS Eliot and yoga.
